Role Description

Our client is a well-established and successful uniform company with a dedicated and supportive team who strive for the very best. We are inviting applicants to apply for an Entry-Level Customer Service & Sales Support position, working with the Ecommerce Manager, Account Managers, Planning, Operations and R&D teams, you will be a key point of contact.

In this role you will be providing essential support to both the customers and the sales team ensuring that the input management of customer order requirements is undertaken in a structured and timely manner.

Whilst this role is administrative, it would very much suit a Fashion, Design or Apparel-Design graduate, as there are opportunities within this supportive company for career growth.

The role

  • Responding to both internal & inbound queries including phone calls, emails & live chats
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Raise internal & inbound sales orders
  • Work with customers on creating or providing new garments
  • Support for the Online warehouse by assisting as and when required.

Requirements

Ideally, you will possess the following skills:

  • Great communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Digital savviness (we'll teach you the ins and outs of our unique tools)
  • Customer centric mindset
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication & prioritisation skills.
  • Organised and able to follow systems.

The standard hours of work are 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
