Industry Experience:

Product Development Manager, currently managing major brands for a leading lingerie company in this role he monitors the brand from concept development, to materials sourcing, sample development with offshore vendors, bulk production and the quality assurance process. He is also assisting in merchandise planning for new seasons in terms of price point analysis and core items allocation. Previous to this role he worked for a Hong Kong lingerie manufacturer as Product Planner in this role he went on regular trips to Cambodia and China to review factory performance and was also involved in the planning of production/materials/logistics flows of the entire Cambodian factory.

Aspirations:

He is looking for a new challenge in a similar role, he enjoys product development, seeing results and the process of starting things from scratch and getting the final expected results.

Profile:

Hardworking, versatile and creative in problem solving, with strategic ability and business acumen. He has good communication skills which he developed through working in both onshore and offshore production, he builds and maintains excellent working relationships and has fluent speaking and written skills in 3 languages - English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
