Industry Experience:

Operations Manager currently running the day to day operation of 4 retail stores and wholesale distribution business, where he provides operational direction and management of 20+ staff. Delivering continuous improvement and positive impact on the company, motivating and inspiring others, direct achievements of business objectives and is currently in the process of opening new retail stores and planning and overseeing a store fit out. Previous to this position he has worked as a National Territory Manager, developing a new brand in NZ and growing and developing brand to achieve company targets, building relationships and exceeding expectation of growth. His other roles have included National Sales Managers and Production Manager roles.

Aspirations:

He is looking for a Territory Manager/Sales Rep type role where he can use his experience in sales and vast experience within the NZ apparel industry. He thrives on a challenge and works best under pressure.
