Industry Experience:

He has been in the apparel industry for the past 12 years, working with brands, retail and corporate. In his previous roles he has merchandised, manufactured, sourced and imported garments, selling to major brands and retailers. Having worked his way up from the bottom he understands garment construction from start to finish; from production and deliveries, replenishment programmes, fabric selection and testing, monitoring fabric supply chain arrangements, coordinating product and range development, pattern making and grading as well as the warehousing and distribution of the finished products. With his years of experience in both onshore and offshore production he has travelled extensively to meet with agents, suppliers and factories overseas, developing and establishing strong working relationships. With excellent people skills from his years of managing and motivating staff along with the sales skills which he developed from his previous years of experience as a Sales Manager.
