An exciting position has come about to work for an international Surf/Street wear company as their Business Unit Manager. We are seeking a Store Manager PLUS PLUS PLUS! You have worked extensively in the street and surf wear industry and have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to dealing with sales and customer service. This is going to be your store, your business and you will be responsible for every aspect of its success. Your prime responsibilities will include achieving targets, exceptional customer service, sales, expense control, recruitment and training, crew and leadership, communications, operations, stock control, visual merchandising, product knowledge and you will need to be a cultural ambassador.
