Our client is seeking a Senior Merchandise Assistant to join their well established and successful apparel company in a challenging role where your knowledge of garment construction, specs and experience dealing with Offshore Production in China will be valued.

In this role you will be assisting with range creation, collating and negotiating prices with factories, sourcing fabrics and ensuring that bulk production arrives on time to the agreed price, specification and quality standards. With your excellent communication skills you will be building strong relationships with customers ensuring you gain a good understanding of their needs using your fabric and garment construction knowledge and attention to detail when preparing accurate technical specifications.

To be successful in your application you must have at least 5 years' experience in the import and manufacturing sector of the fashion industry as well as the above skills and experience you will also need strong computer and organizational skills.
