We are seeking an experienced fashion/apparel retailer to manage the every day working of the 3 or more fashion stores. Essentially you will be responsible to maintain a strong flow of information between the retail and workroom, create a strong sales team, manage all HR requirements and to manage the styling, branding and selling of the collections for the brands image and label.
Your strengths in coaching for sales results, motivating your team and general line management responsibilities will be key to your success. As a Cluster Manager you will be responsible for the management and operations of a small cluster of boutiques. You will drive the team and be responsible for the day to day operations of these boutiques and their team. You will be required to drive, motivate and ensure that all team members are upholding the values of the business, embracing the business objectives and delivering sales results through superior customer service.
