Retail Stores Operations Manager

Role Description
This is a role we rarely see; an exciting opportunity is available as Retail Operations Manager within a high-end fashion brand. You will have a proven record of running multiple/cluster fashion stores and an in-depth knowledge of high-end fashion trends.
The role will consist of:
- Responsible for successful operation of retail division of the business
- Buying; from sourcing new product, managing incoming orders and range selection
- Manage staff across all stores and annual performance reviews
- Monthly visits to Christchurch, Wellington and Hamilton stores
- HR, staff employment, training and motivation
- Implementation of policies and procedures
- Analysis, setting KPI’s and reporting of store activity for head office
- Organise in-store evenings and events
- Stock management
- Visual merchandising.
Requirements
