Our client is a leading fashion fabric supplier to the NZ and International markets and currently requires an experienced Customer Service representative to join their busy and happy team.
In this role you will be providing essential support to both customers in NZ, Australia, UK, and the sales team ensuring that the input management of customer order requirements is undertaken in a structured and timely manner.
Your main accountabilities will be:
You will be a key point of contact and will be required to follow up on customer enquiries ensuring that their needs are not only met but exceeded. As you will deal with an extensive and diverse clientele you will need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
This is a highly administrative role so your eye for detail and advanced skills in Word and Excel will be put to use producing and maintaining accurate record and assisting varying departments in maintaining and growing existing markets and uncovering new opportunities. Your motivation, reliability and can-do attitude will ensure your success in this position.
