Gaye has over 25 years in management, people and business development, and training. As well as being the Managing Director of Rag Trade Recruitment, Gaye also owns a successful change management consultancy – Xpand Management.

As an award winning businessperson and trainer she brings a wealth of knowledge to Rag Trade Recruitment as well as to the Fashion Industry. Her particular areas of expertise range from employment issues, company evaluation, strategic planning, organizational development and training, sales systems development and market research. She works closely with businesses in growth mode, tackling partnership issues or succession planning concerns, and manages them through their resolutions.

Gaye's down to earth, hands-on and practical style compliments the fashion industry well - and her track record speaks for itself.

Rosina started her career in the manufacturing of garments for the export/tourist markets some 30 years ago.  She has built a solid career in the fashion and textile industries thereafter, with 7 years as hands-on owner/operator within the high fashion retail sector.

Rosina’s great passion for furniture making and upholstery, coupled with her in depth knowledge, has been invaluable in understanding the requirements of both the client and candidate for their employment and career development needs.
